"I completed tutti's Music Director Observership with Rona Saddiqui. Rona is amazing. Through her efforts, I was able to join her for a few days as she music-directed an exciting new musical. At a time when so much learning is virtual, there are certain things one can only pick up from being in the room. I learned so much by watching Rona work, music direct, and getting to spend a little time with her. Her kindness, willingness to share her own experiences and field questions, are all qualities I deeply admire.

Tutti is an organization that is pairing mentees with wonderful, experienced mentors who care deeply about nurturing the next generation of artists, and creating space for increased representation in the field.

Tutti is dedicated to connecting early career artists from historically marginalized groups with experienced mentors to work towards increasing representation in the arts. The connections made in the observership provide an invaluable step for early career artists to further their artistic and professional growth.
